This is the sole diet which helps reduce the amount of LDL particles in the body.

Healthy and packed with various important nutrients, avocados can be great for improving the mind and body. This fruit can be a welcome addition to any regular diet, along with eatables like Barley. You can have these to keep your body in shape and to lower cholesterol. However, it is always recommended that you consult a doctor and discuss a proper diet for lowering cholesterol levels. It is also important for you to avoid stopping or cutting down on medicines, if you have already been prescribed one or more by your physician, for cholesterol reduction.
